Liar?

Posted By The Editor On April 12, 2010 @ 1:16 pm In Article, Hollie Greig, Mike Robinson

Owen Paterson was, until the election was called, Anne and Hollie Greig’s constituency MP. He is currently their prospective Conservative candidate. Is he a liar?

On the 28th March another constituent sent him a letter:
I have recently become aware of the shocking facts of the abuse of Hollie Greig. I understand from Anne Greig (the victim’s mother), that she has been in touch with you to seek your help to get justice for her daughter, however it would appear that no tangible actions to date have been forthcoming.
From the facts, it appears to be quite clear that a systemic establishment cover-up, has and continues to take place over this dreadful case of abuse against a vulnerable person. Without doubt we live in a corrupted society where the general morality of the political class is lacking – the MPs expenses scandal being an example.
I cannot find mention in Hansard or anywhere else, of actions that you have taken to ensure that justice is sought in this case. As my MP, I ask that as a matter of urgency raise this matter in the House of Commons, calling for an immediate independent inquiry into all the facts surrounding this case.
This letter I consider to be in the public domain and your response to me likewise. All correspondence will be available at http://www.holliedemandsjustice.org/. I have enclosed a copy of the UK Column and refer you to page 3 for an overview of the facts.

Yours sincerely,
Name supplied.
On the 30th March, Mr Paterson wrote back:
Dear Mr …
Thank you for your letter dated 28th March. I had several meetings with Mrs Greig in 2007 and 2008. I have written on her behalf to Government Ministers and a number of public agencies. Whenever we spoke she was always nervous of her new Shropshire address becoming public.
Therefore, owing to the extremely sensitive nature of this case, it would have been totally inappropriate to raise this matter on the floor of the House. I did, however, continue to work behind the scenes. The last letter I wrote to Mrs Greig asked her to come back to me if there was anything further I could do to help. I have not heard from her since. I am more than happy to continue to act for Mrs Greig should she ask me to do so.
Yours sincerely,
Owen Paterson
Personally speaking, I am so appalled by Hollie’s case, that were I an MP, and had one of my constituents come to me with a story like Hollie’s, I would be moving Heaven and Earth to help her, whether or not I had heard back from her.

So here is the truth:
  • Anne has never met Mr Paterson in person, ever.
  • Anne has not seen any copies of any correspondence from Mr Paterson to any Government Ministers or public agencies. Maybe Mr Paterson would like to forward us these letters and the replies he received?
  • There was never an issue of confidentiality regarding Anne and Hollie’s Shropshire address. Only the address of the rest centre Anne and Hollie stayed at was to be kept confidential.
  • Mr Paterson has never been in touch with Anne to update her about his continuing efforts “behind the scenes.”
  • Anne has never received a letter from Mr Paterson inviting her to ask for further assistance, which is why Mr Patterson has not heard from her since.
So we invite our readers to write to Mr Paterson, and ask him if he is lying. If you live in Shropshire, please pass this story around Mr Paterson’s constituency – make sure everyone in his constituency gets the opportunity to ask him as well.

Robert Green Rearrested!

Posted By The Editor On April 15, 2010 @ 12:34 pm In Article, Hollie Greig, Mike Robinson | 43 Comments

Robert Green, who has been working so hard to exposed the case of Hollie Greig [1], has been rearrested and taken to Stonehaven Sherrif’s Court. This has been confirmed by Seargent Adam Bulger of Warrington Police, who refused to address my concerns over Robert’s safety, despite my pointing out that he has gone back to the very courts that he has made allegations about.

We seem to have a situation that people simply get arrested and no-one is told – just like the Gestapo.

In case you would like to phone Warrington police to ask about Robert’s welfare, the number you need to call is 0845 458 0000.

And in case you would like to also give Grampian police a call, their number is 0845 600 5700.

Can you also get on to your MP, who, I’m sure, would be willing to help under present circumstances, no?

You might also like to phone the campaign headquarters for the main parties. The Conservatives can be contacted on 020 7222 9000, Labour on 08705 900 200, and the LibDems on 020 7222 7999.

When you call either of these numbers, please remember to remain calm and polite. Huge public concern needs to be expressed to Warrington, who assisted in Robert’s arrest, and on Grampian. Could you please make sure you highlight your concerns for his safety because he has been working to expose paedophiles.

We will update this page as events progress.

Update: Robert was released on bail once again yesterday and stayed with friends in Scotland last night. He will travel home today.

Stuart Usher, of Scotland Against Crooked Lawyers [2] appeared on Paul Drockton’s radio show [3] last night, much to the distaste of the Scottish establishment, which attempted to have Drockton shut down. Don’t they ever learn?

Again, Robert would like to thank all who have telephoned on his behalf in the last 24 hours. The Scottish establishment is crumbling over this issue, and they are becoming more and more desperate. Please keep the pressure up in every way you can think of, and don’t allow any prospective Parliamentary candidate away with giving excuses for not taking a stand on this issue.

MacAskill’s Gagging Law

Posted By The Editor On February 21, 2010 @ 3:50 pm In Article, Hollie Greig, Mike Robinson

Kenny MacAskill, Scottish Justice Secretary and ex Levy & McRae lawyer, is apparently so scared by the rising tide of public ire surrounding his and his colleagues apparent cover up of the Hollie Greig scandal, that he has proposed amendments to the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Bill, which is going through the Scottish Parliament at the moment.

The amendments would help stop people “stalking” or “harassing” their “victims” by text or online – strangely enough the exact charges leveled at Robert Green and the UK Column as we have been attempting to shed light on the apparent perversions of the course of justice by Grampian Police, the Procurator Fiscal’s office, Elish Angiolini and Mr MacAskill himself.

At present, the only charge which the Scottish authorities can level in such a case is Breach Of The Peace, by coincidence the precise charge leveled at Robert Green last weekend following his arrest.

The powers provided under the new legislation would allow Scottish prosecutors to go after people campaigning using the internet, including email and websites such as Facebook.

Mr MacAskill said, “Stalking can be a deeply frightening crime for victims.”

Poor Kenny. Feeling the pressure are we?

Mr MacAskill is not the only politician attempting to attack free speech in this way. A source has alleged to the UK Column that David Cameron has stated that should he become Prime Minister, he will legislate to prevent campaigners from asking difficult questions on public forums.

Aberdeen Fatwa?

Posted By The Editor On February 18, 2010 @ 1:38 pm In Article, Mike Robinson

We at the UK Column are very disturbed to discover that Peter Watson, of Scottish law firm Levy & McRae, has allegedly taken more threatening action in a vain attempt to prevent the Hollie Greig story from gaining an unstoppable momentum.

We have received an email from a whistle blower – a source we consider one hundred percent reliable.

The email reads:
Watch yourself. I think you may be next on the police/Angiolini hit list. I heard from a very reliable source that they are after all concerned with the Hollie Greig case. This is all being orchestrated by Peter Watson of Levy & McRae. Make sure you also make them a focus for the public, just as in their masters and their spin doctors. If Angiolini didn’t have the likes of Watson charging around like a bull she would be nothing. Watson  and his troop generate fear and pull the police strings, such as what happened to Robert [Green] [1] last week. They arranged that interdict [2] so he wouldn’t know about it [3] and arrested him for effectively breaching it, although as formal service never took place, they had to arrest him on breach of the peace. I know all about it as a police source has told me the whole story. There was also a request granted to bug Robert’s phone, internet and email. You better tell him that. You might also be next, if its not already enforced. Thanks for letting me know about Tom. When you talk to Robert, give him my regards.

It has also been alleged through another whistle blower that Mr Watson is using resources outside the normal lawful process to achieve his aim of hushing this story up.

It has been suggested in the forums that we are sensationalising things. My aim here is not to sensationalise. It is to report what we are being told, and warned of. Whether or not there is basis to the warning, whether or not this is all just another attempt by Mr Watson to scare us all into shutting up, I would just like to state that we will not tolerate this kind of threatening behaviour.

Finally, I would ask everyone reading this to bear in mind that Hollie’s case is particularly nasty. People at the very top of the Scottish establishment seem to be implicated, either directly in the abuse, or in its cover up. There is already one highly suspicious death associated with it (Hollie’s uncle). The unlawful arrest of Robert Green, and the continuing threats, are just the most recent incident.

Lies, Damned Lies and Scottish Justice

Lies, Damned Lies and Scottish Justice
Posted By The Editor On February 15, 2010 @ 5:01 pm In Article, Brian Gerrish

Robert Green, the man who was brave enough to speak out about the horrific paedophile rapes of Hollie Greig, the most probable murder of her uncle Robert Greig to “shut him up”, and the sickening wall of silence by the Scottish establishment, has been arrested in an Aberdeen guest house [1]. We believe the charge is Breach of the Peace. We also believe that the ‘crime’ took place in Jays Guest House when the police arrived.

It has also been alleged that the owner of Jays is himself an ex-policeman, which if true, is also of public interest.

This would seem to mean that the only witnesses to what actually occurred were the police, and possibly an ex-policeman. Draw your own conclusions.

We understand Robert is in court today Monday 15 Feb 2010 – not an Aberdeen Court as might be expected, but Stonehaven Court which is some 50 miles south of Aberdeen. Staff in Aberdeen Court admitted the handling of Robert Green is most unusual. A judicial scam?

The whole thing stinks of a cover-up using the ‘law’ to threaten and imprison a man fighting for the truth about the terrible abuse of Hollie Greig. We also understand that law firm Levy & McRae [2] (who have and are still threatening the UKColumn) are the Legal Advisers to every mainstream newspaper in Scotland with the one exception of “The Scotsman”. It is also of interest to the public that Mr Peter Watson, head of litigation Levy & McRae boasts an interesting CV which includes Dunblane [3].

Picking up on the Hollie Greig abuse scandal, the highly regarded Scottish Law Reporter [4] states the following
[Scottish] Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill is linked to Lord Advocate’s choice of lawyers. Amazingly, it can now be revealed the Scottish Government’s current Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill has long standing ties to Levy & McRae, the same law firm used by the Lord Advocate to threaten media publication of the Hollie Greig case. Mr MacAskill is now known to have served his apprenticeship at Levy & McRae and also worked at the firm for a considerable time during his years as a solicitor.

Levy & McRae sent out legal threats to websites, newspapers, & online forums. Mr MacAskill could not be contacted for any comment on developments in the case, and officials said he would not answer any questions over his previous involvement with Levy & McRae. However, several MSPs alerted to the fact the Lord Advocate has used the same firm which once employed the Justice Secretary himself, have now vowed to investigate the goings on in the Hollie Greig case. An aide to an MSP today said there may well be a problem for the Justice Secretary since the Lord Advocate has used his old law firm, throwing up the question of conflict of interest and whether the intervention against the media by Levy & McRae “may have implied Scottish Government support for the law firm’s work on behalf of the Lord Advocate.

Abusive

Levy & McRae were abusive and threatening in their calls to the UKColumn and they have sent a number of communications alleging that they act on behalf of the Scottish Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini. Levy & McRae refuse to state whether they act for Mrs Agiolini in her official position and capacity, or her capacity as a private individual. Normally reliable sources close to the Scottish Government allege that Angiolini has been using Scottish taxpayers money to pay Levy & McRae – including legal threats to Google over their exposure of the Hollie Greig paedophile abuse. Levy & McRae’s actions are further compounded by their recent reference to Sheriff Bucchanan. who was named by Robert Green in his public statement. It is not clear if Levy & McRae are also acting for Bucchanan.

The UKColumn considers that it is in the overwhelming interest to publish the letters we have received from Levy & McRae [5], together with our replies. The general public must be aware of not only the details of the Hollie Greig paedophile case, but also the legal wheeling and dealing being used to silence press and media. With what objective? To prevent the truth of paedophile abuse of children being exposed? What have these people got to hide?

Since Ms Angiolini is in charge of criminal prosecutions in Scotland, it appears that she can now prosecute those who dare to question her position and role in handling paedophile cases. Such a situation is not just unhealthy it is close to a soviet style dictatorship, which threatens the safety and welfare of every man, woman and child in Scotland.

NESCPC

Deeper research reveals other strange facts in the Hollie Greig abuse scandal. Colin McKerracher, the Chief Constable of Grampian Police – the force which failed to investigate Hollie Greig’s abuse, but can arrest Robert Greig for speaking out – is Chairman of the North East of Scotland Child Protection Committee NESCPC [6]. He is the main signatory of NESCPC’s 2008 – 2009 business plan
The mission of NESCPC is:
that the core business of the NESCPC continues to be about ‘child protection’ as opposed to the wider ‘protecting children’ agenda but that there should be links with other agendas such as Getting it Right for Every Child. ‘Child Protection’ is the recognition of, and response to, concerns that a child or young person is suffering or likely to suffer from significant harm.
Child protection is a big thing for Mr McKerracher it seems unless the child concerned is Hollie Greig. Or is there another interest by Grampian Police?

NESCPC budgeted for an expenditure of £276,146 in their business plan. The very mention of children, money and business plans makes UKColumn staff uneasy.

UK Wide?

Interestingly enough, against the background of the Hollie Greig paedophile abuse case, Peter Hitchens, Mail on Sunday 14 Feb 2010, reported on homosexual pornography and politics in his article ”Loathe Gordon? Wait till this lot get into power. [7]” (Scroll two thirds down the page.)

Hitchens wrote…
How long can David Cameron’s bodyguard of media toadies continue to protect the Tory Party from the criticism it so richly deserves?

But my favourite bit is the claim that the local party computer crashed because it was overloaded with homosexual pornography.

Not exactly the party of the people, is it? And if you loathe Gordon Brown, then just imagine what this lot will be like after a couple of years in government, if they can’t even get a grip on themselves in opposition.
Well revealed Mr. Hitchens, and just to keep the pot boiling, the UKColumn wrote an article in October 2007, which we will reprint on the website soon, exposing links between the website of Francis Maude MP, then Tory Chairman, and homosexual porn sites.

Mindful that perverts appear in pin striped suits, and returning to the case of Hollie Greig, we can ask one simple question. How is it that Hollie’s paedophile abuse case was never fully investigated by Grampian Police and never pressed by Angiolini’s office, yet the same authorities can arrest Robert Green for daring to speak out? Is the Scottish elite frightened of something? You bet.

But the truth is emerging fast on a can of worms that may yet claim scalps in very high places and in very big law firms.

As the Hollie Greig paedophile abuse case grows we are seeing the true state of our political and judicial elite – in Scotland and in England. Please keep doing all you can to spread the word. Publicity and understanding by the wider general public is key to exposing these sick individuals.

Robert Green In Grampian Police Custody

Posted By The Editor On February 12, 2010 @ 5:07 pm In Article, Mike Robinson

This morning, Robert Green, the campaigner leading the investigation into the Hollie Greig case [1], was detained by Grampian Police in Aberdeen.

Robert had gone to Aberdeen to campaign for justice for Hollie, and to announce his intention to stand for election there as an MP on the single issue of Hollie’s case. Somehow, Grampian Police traced Robert to his B&B, picked him up from there and handed his key back to the proprietor – clearly indicating they intend to keep him for some time.

We are extremely concerned  for Robert’s safety. Grampian Police’s press office will not confirm his wellbeing. He has committed no crime other than to speak out. Are we going to stand for this?

If you would like to contact Grampian Police to enquire about Robert, they can be contacted by telephone on 0845 600 5700 or by email servicecentre@grampian.pnn.police.uk [2].

If you call, ask for the Chief Constable. Please stay calm, be polite, but be firm. It is your right to speak to a police officer, so if the receptionist refuses to pass you on, ask them if they are a police officer, and again, politely but firmly ask to speak to the Chief Constable. Record the call if possible. One question you might like to ask is whether or not Robert has been permitted legal representation.

We will provide updates here as soon as they come to us.
